Project Overview: This project involves constructing a grade separation to lower Pennsylvania Avenue under the existing Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) mainline tracks adjacent to I-10. The project aims to enhance safety and operational mobility in the area.

Summary: As the Prime Consultant, IDC is responsible for delivering PA/ED and PS&E services for the grade separation project. Key staff include Wendy Li, P.E., serving as the Project Manager, and Xiaoyun Wu, Ph.D., P.E., as the Engineer of Record. The project includes geometric approval, project mapping, and the preparation of preliminary plans at various stages (35%, 65%, and 100%) leading to the final package submittals. The contract size for this project is $1.5 million.
