Summary: As the Prime Consultant, IDC is responsible for delivering PA/ED and PS&E services for the grade separation project. Key staff include Wendy Li, P.E., serving as the Project Manager, and Xiaoyun Wu, Ph.D., P.E., as the Engineer of Record. The project includes geometric approval, project mapping, and the preparation of preliminary plans at various stages (35%, 65%, and 100%) leading to the final package submittals.
